By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 23: Two persons have been killed when a jeep hit a motorcycle at Chovar in Kathmandu.
Dinesh Raj Mainali, spokesperson at the Metropolitan Police Range, informed that a jeep, Tata Sumo, with registration no. Na 1 Ja 6354 hit a motorcycle with registration no. 91 Pa 231.
The two persons travelling on the motorcycle were seriously injured and brought to Balkhu-based Bayodha hospital for treatment, but they were declared dead by the doctors upon arrival at the hospital.
The motorcycle fell some 25 meters down the road after the jeep hit it.
The Police have arrested the jeep driver, Sanjay Khan of Simara Sub metropolitan City-6.
