By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 16: Chairmen of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' are continuing their talks on resolving the intra-party feud today at the PM's residence, Baluwatar.
According to a source, former PM and NCP leader Madhav Kumar Nepal is also present in the meeting.
The NCP leaders and party workers have believed that the differences in the party would be sorted out today.
The Standing Committee meeting, which was postponed for a couple of times, is scheduled for Friday, July 17. The NCP Chairmen are expected to reach a consensus today.
Leader Nepal has proposed an idea of 'one person, one position' in the meeting. Chairman Prachanda has agreed to it. However, PM Oli said that there was no justifiable reason for him to resign from his position now.
According to Ram Sharan Bajgain, the PM's media expert, the meeting kicked off at 12:00 in Baluwatar.
