Nawalparasi, July 25 : Six people were injured in separate accidents that took place in Bardaghat-Susta east last night.
In the accident that took place at Saturday night at Madhyabindu-15, three people were injured. The accident involved a head-on collision between a jeep and a truck.
The injured are the truck driver Ghanashyam Budhathoki,26, of Sharada municipality-5, the jeep driver Manish Timalsena of Hetauda, Makwanpur and the jeep passenger Ranjit Majhi,23, according to spokesperson of the District Police Office, DSP Dilip Kumar Giri.
Also on Saturday night, three others were injured when a truck overturned in Ritthepani of Kawasoti-1.
The injured are Sunita Bote,24, Lal Mani Mahato,45 and Laxmi Kumar,25, of Madhyabindu-6. The injured are undergoing treatment at Madhyabindu district hospital, police said.
