By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 27: The hearing of 19 writ petitions filed against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's move to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR) is being held at the single bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana in the Top Court.
The schedule of hearing of writ petitions was published by the Supreme Court today.
Of the 30 writs filed at the SC post-HoR dissolution, a preliminary hearing of 11 writs will be done through the constitutional bench on Friday.
