By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 8: The meeting of the ruling alliance held today decided to issue a joint statement with regard to the upcoming local level elections and electoral alliance.
The meeting was held at the Prime Minister's official residence at Baluwatar.
Jivan Ram Shrestha, a leader of the CPN (Unified Socialist), informed after the meeting that the joint statement would be issued today itself or tomorrow.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal, NC leader Ram Chandra Paudel, among others, were present in the meeting.
