By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 19: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Rajesh Jha as the Province Chief of Province 2 on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
According to Jagannath Panta, spokesperson at the President’s Office, Jha was appointed as per Article 163 (2) of the Constitution.
