By Sapana Thami, Kathmandu, Apr. 22: Prime Minister and the Chairman of the ruling CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli is laying the foundation stone for the construction of the party office building at Madannagar in Balkhu.
The party office building, which was established in 1995 AD was damaged by the 2015 earthquake.
Ishwari Rijal, secretary at the CPN-UML party office, said, "The foundation stone is being laid today on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the party."
Prior to this, Prime Minister Oli and senior leader of CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal had held a one-to-one meeting after a long time at Marriot Hotel, Kathmandu on Thursday.
