By Lucky Chaudhari, Kathmandu, Apr. 16: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called an all-party meeting for tomorrow, at 11 am.
Surya Thapa, press advisor to the Prime Minister, informed that the meeting would be held at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.
The meeting of the political parties represented in the parliament is expected to dwell on current political situation in the country, budget session of the federal parliament, growing COVID-19 risks and ways to mitigate. Baluwatar sources viewed the suggestions from the leaders of the political parties on the pertinent issues would help the government to take measures.
Chitra Bahadur KC, chairman of Rastriya Janamorcha, confirmed that he had received invitation to attend the meeting called by the Prime Minister for tomorrow.
KC said no mention of the agenda of the meeting was made in the invitation but viewed that the call for an all-party meeting was a good step.
