By Our Correspondent, Khadbari, Feb. 28: Prime Minister Employment Programme has kicked off in Khadbari Municipality of Sankhuwasabha district from Saturday.
The employment programme has been brought into operation by Khadbari Municipality with a view to generating employment opportunities for the locals at the local level itself.
Mayor of Khadbari Municipality Murari Prasad Khatiwada said that employment opportunity under the programme was provided to 276 beneficiaries from all 11 wards of the municipality.
"The beneficiaries will be receiving Rs. 517 wage daily," said Khatiwada. The equipment needed and insurance for the beneficiaries to work will also be provided by the municipality.
Likewise, incentives will also be provided to the beneficiary who performs well.
