Kathmandu, Jan 8: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reached Balkot to meet CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli.
After the CPN (UML) continued to obstruct the House of Representatives meeting, Prime Minister Deuba reached Oli's residence in Balkot for discussion after the UML did not attend the all-party meeting.
Prime Minister's Press Coordinator Govinda Pariyar informed The TRN Online that discussions have been held with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli to end the obstruction in the parliament.
The UML has been insisting on not attending the meetings and meetings of the Madhav Kumar Nepal-led CPN (Unified Socialist) Party for the past few days.
A meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition yesterday decided to appeal to the CPN (UML) party to remove the obstruction in the House of Representatives.
