By TRN Online, Apr. 3: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari today met the former prime minister Jhala Nath Khanal at his resident Dallu.
According to Khanal's Personal Secretary Krishna Bhattarai, a discussion between president Bhandari and Khanal has started from 4:15 this afternoon.
Bhattarai said that the president had reached Khanal's resident after attending the inauguration program of a library that established by Historian Dr Mahesh Raj Pant.
Personal Secretary Bhattarai added that the president reached Khanal's resident to know the health status of Khanal and to talk regarding contemporary political issues. Former prime minister Khanal was returned from Delhi by checking his health a few weeks ago.
