Japan, Oct 23: President Bidya Devi Bhandari is returning home on Wednesday upon completion of a visit to Myanmar and Japan.
She had reached Japan from Myanmar on Sunday to attend the enthronement ceremony of Japanese Emperor Naruhito.
The President's delegation to Japan includes Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa, Foreign Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi, Nepali Ambassador to Japan Pratibha Rana, Secretary at the Office of the President Dr Hari Poudel, Chief Personal Secretary of the President Dr Bheshraj Adhikari and senior ranking officials of the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
President Bhandari had left Kathmandu on October 16, first on a State visit to Myanmar and then on an official visit to Japan to attend the enthronement
