Kathmandu, Nov. 4: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said that culture and tradition uphold the interdependent relationship between nature, human life, and the ecosystem.
Extending best wishes on the occasion of Tihar, President Bhandari said, “This festival deepens the love and affection in every brother-sister bonding.”
“On the occasion of Tihar, I wish for happiness, peace, and prosperity in the lives of every Nepalis living within and outside the country,” said the President.
She added that the Deusi-Bhailo culture was a medium to strengthen the social unity in our country.
“I believe this festival would enhance the national unity by elevating the feeling of goodwill, forbearance, and brotherhood among all Nepalis,” said President Bhandari.
