By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May. 10: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has informed that all preparations for the collection of votes of confidence on the present government have completed.
The Secretariat said that the voting procedure would begin after the Prime Minister responds to the concerns raised by the leaders of other parties.
Shreedhar Neuapne, press advisor to the HoR Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota, said that arrangements had been made at the Lhotse Hall of the Federal Parliament for infected House of Representatives (HoR) members to cast their vote.
The members can cast votes either for or against the Prime Minister or even remain neutral.
The Prime Minister requires 136 out of 271 votes to obtain the vote of confidence.
