By Janu Pandey, Kapilvastu, Dec. 23: The work of blacktopping has started in full swing in Kapilvastu under the Postal Highway, a project of national pride. Under the first section, the road from Rajpur of Maharajgunj Municipality to Jamuwar Bridge of Taulihawa, Kapilvastu district headquarters is about to be blacktopped.
The work of blacktopping has been started in that section a week ago. Chief of the Postal Highway Road Planning Office, Bishnu Babu Pandey, said that the roads are being blacktopped at the rate of 500 meters per day.
