Kathmandu, Feb 7 : Prime Minister and Chairperson of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), KP Sharma Oli, has expressed sorrow over demise of Kul Bahadur Gurung, father of Bijaya Gurung, an NCP central member and joint in-charge of the party liaison coordination committee. Kul Bahadur died on Monday in Parbat district at the age of 87.
In a condolence message given today, PM Oli praised the deceased Kul Bahadur for his contribution to changes in the society, and prayed the bereaved family including Bijaya could endure the tragedy with great fortitude. He is survived by a son and two daughters.
