By Laxmi Prasad Upadhyaya, Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to return to regular work from Friday after he tested negative for the second time in a week.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers has also been called on Friday at Singha Durbar and Prime Minister Deuba is also scheduled to participate in other programs at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
Prime Minister Deuba's report was also negative in the Covid test conducted on Thursday, while the test conducted last Monday was also negative.
Deuba, who has been sitting in isolation since last Saturday postponing political meetings and formal programs, is scheduled to participate in all programs from today, said his chief personal secretary Bhanu Deuba.
After some leaders, including CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who attended the meeting of the all-party and ruling coalition together, showed signs of COVID-19, Prime Minister Deuba had postponed all programs at the PM's residence Baluwatar and Singha Durbar from last Saturday.
