Damauli, Mar. 24: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said keeping intact the current five-party alliance till the upcoming elections was the need of the hour.
Speaking at a programme organised here today by the Nepali Congress, Tanahu in his honor, the party Central President insisted on the need for going with this unity to safeguard democracy. Senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel who was accompanying the Prime Minister on the occasion said the contribution of Tanahu to the democratic movement was significant. “The party should emerge victorious at all levels of elections,” he underscored.
