Kathmandu, Oct 16: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Ishwor Pokhrel, said on WEdnesday that the cabinet would be reshuffled if the Prime Minister wished.
Talking to media persons at the tea reception organised by Nepal Communist Party on the occasion of Dashain, Tihar, Chhath and other festivals at Bhrikuti Mandap, Pokhrel said that the Prime Minister could make changes in the cabinet after holding consultation with party leaders.
DPM Pokhrel said, "This matter falls under the Prime Minister's jurisdiction.'
He further said that the festivals and tea reception organised on the occasion of festivals would give a positive message to move ahead identifying a common point for country's prosperity, culture and mutual harmony despite differences on political issues among political parties.
