Lamjung, April 18 : Over 23 thousand people underwent medical checkup at several medical help desks set up in different parts of the district in view of the increased risk of coronavirus spreading globally.
The district-based quick response team said till Friday, 23,049 people received medical checkup from health the desks set up at different locations including checkpoints. Over 12,000 people were screened from the desk based at Paundibazaar of Sundarbar alone.
Such facilities have been set up at Dui Piple and Rambazaar of Madhyanepal municipality, Manage Chautara of Beshisahar municipality-7, Baglungpani of Kwholosothar rural municipality, Pasgaun, Singdi, Jhimudanda, Ghaleghaun and Bhoje.
