By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, Aug. 25: The meeting between the Chairmen of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', held today at the PM's residence has concluded.
The meeting, which kicked off at 10:00 in the morning lasted till two hours. Both the Chairmen have approved the report presented by the task force to them.
Ramsharan Bajgain, the PM's media expert, said, "The Chairmen have agreed to call Secretariat meeting on Saturday, August 29 at 11:00 in the morning to hold further discussions on the report."
The task force formed to resolve the intra-party feud had submitted the report on Saturday, August 22 to the Chairmen-duo.
Three days after the submission of the report, the Chairmen sat for talks today.
After the Secretariat meeting, the Chairmen have agreed to call a Standing Committee meeting.
The task force had submitted a 16-points report to the Chairmen. The task force, through the report, has proposed Chair Prachanda has the Executive Chairman of the party.
