Kathmandu, April 1: Chairperson of the Nepal Communist Party and Prime Minister, KP Sharma Oli, and another chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', held discussion regarding initiatives taken by the government to stop the spread of COVID-19 infection and to provide relief to people affected by the nationwide lockdown.
During the discussion held at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar on Wednesday, they discussed about providing relief to farmers, labourers and families with poor financial background, according to 'Prachanda’s Secretariat.
The duo also held discussion regarding the recent developments over the issue of purchase of medical supplies to prevent and control coronavirus.
Similarly, they discussed the issue of resolving the problem of Nepalis trapped in the border areas due to lockdown in Nepal and India.
