Local Level Election
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 24: The election process for the local level election scheduled for May 13 will start from the last week of April.
According to the local level election schedule made public by the election commission on Thursday, the nomination registration of the candidates will be held on 24 and 25 April from 10 am to 5 pm.
Similarly, a list of candidates who have registered for nomination will be published by 6 pm on April 25 while registration of protest notes against a candidate can be done on April 26.
The EC will publish the final list of candidates on April 29 and provide an election symbol to the candidate the following day.
The silence period of the election will start from midnight of May 10, 48 hours before the time to start the election on May 13. Voting for the local level election will start at 7 am and end at 5 pm on May 13.
