Kathmandu, Feb. 28: Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki said that it was a historic achievement.
Speaking after the ratification of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact from the House of Representatives, he said that attempts to make people confuse by misinterpreting the purely economic assistance has now been over.
“This will be a milestone in country’s economic development. The endorsement of the MCC compact has heightened the country’s image in the international arena. This will help contribute to strengthening the country’s economy.”
