By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 3: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Saturday confirmed eight COVID-19 related deaths.
Eight persons, two females and six males, succumbed to the novel coronavirus infection, revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.
A 28-year-old female of Sunsari, a 67-year-old male of Lalitpur, two males aged 83 and 68 of Kathmandu, a 41-year-old male of Sindhupalchowk, a 65-year-old male of Dolakha, a 76-year-old female of Chitwan and a 79-year-old male of Kailali, who had tested positive for COVID-19, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.
With this, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has reached 528 and the death rate stands at 0.62 per cent.
