Kathmandu, April 14: The Nepali New Year is being marked today by exchanging mutual harmony, love and good wishes across the country.
New plans are made for the New Year by reviewing the work done last year. This tradition has been ongoing since time immemorial. Every Nepali celebrates New Year in their own tradition. It also marks the onset of the spring season, which again is celebrated across various communities paying respect to nature.
People celebrate the New Year by eating delicacies, wearing fine clothes, and overall enjoying time with new and dear ones.
The spring season, which is full of beauty and greenery, is pleasant to the eye and brings joy to everyone.
