By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 1: The Secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) started at Baluwatar, the official residence of the Prime Minister, at 1:30 pm, half an hour later than scheduled.
Ram Sharan Bajgaikn, media expert to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, informed that the Secretariat meeting started half an hour later than it was scheduled and that the Secretariat members were expected to put forth their views on the reports presented by the Chairmen duo in the meeting.
