Maoist Centre Standing Committee meet concludes
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 13: The meeting of the Standing Committee of NCP (Maoist Centre) called today morning has concluded.
The meeting was held at the party office in Paris Dada.
The meeting has officially welcomed the Supreme Court's verdict on the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR). Narayankaji Shrestha, spokesperson of Maoist Centre, said, "The meeting also decided to move forward with national unity post-implementation of the SC verdict."
Shrestha informed that discussions regarding the appointment of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as the Prime Minister and the formation of the Council of Ministers were also held in the meeting.
"Regarding the formation of the government, the party will move forward after Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' holds a conversation with Deuba," he added.
