By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 20: A meeting between the Chairmen of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has begun at the PM's residence, Baluwatar.
According to Ram Sharan Bajgain, PM's press experts, the NCP Chairmen have sat for one-to-one talks. "Decision whether to call or not to call the Standing Committee meeting, which was scheduled for 1:00 pm today, will be taken after the talks between the Chairmen," he added.
The nation's politics have wavered after the PM recommended the dissolution of the federal parliament via an emergency meeting of the Council of Ministers held today morning.
While NCP leaders have been holding meetings separately to discuss the issues, Nepali Congress, the main opposition, has also called an emergency meeting today.
