NCP Central Office secretary duo Ishwori Rijal and Shreeram Dhakal stated this through a press note today.
It is stated that the programme has been cancelled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, they expressed best wishes of happiness, prosperity and continued progress to all Nepalis at home and in foreign land, on the occasion of these festivals.
