By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 9: The main ruling Nepali Congress has announced a month-long campaign targeting the local level election.
The party unveiled its campaign organizing a press meet at its central office in Sanepa, Lalitpur, on Wednesday.
The campaign will start on March 13 and conclude on April 12, according to the NC spokesperson Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat.
"The NC leaders will reach every household during the campaign and inform the people about all the issues including the achievements made so far," he said.
Dr. Mahat said that with the initiation of the campaign, central leaders of the party will reach all 77 districts. "All central leaders will get responsibilities as they reach the district," he said, adding, "As the provincial committees have also been given important roles, they will also mobilise party rank and files."
