NC 14th General Convention
Kathmandu, Dec 13: Voting in the election of the central office-bearers and members has not started yet in the Nepali Congress (NC)'s 14th general convention.
The general convention representatives have queued up at the voting stations at the Rashtriya Sabha Griha (City Hall) and Bhrikutimandap since the morning for this purpose.
Although the voting was scheduled to begin at 8 am today, it has not begun yet due to technical reasons, the party's Central Election Committee said. It is said the voting has been halted due to the delay in printing the ballot papers.
