Kanchanpur, Jan 22: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Basanta Kumar Nembang, has said that national projects are on government's priority.
Addressing a programme organised by Nepal Communist Party here today, Minister Nembang expressed the view that activities are underway keeping the national projects in priority.
He added that construction works are on to complete the under-construction four-lane bridge over the Mahakali River on time.
Minister Nembang opined that relations between Nepal, India and China would be stronger after the completion of the bridge, adding that road constructions are underway to connect all rural municipalities and municipalities with road network.
Saying east-west rail service would be brought into operation to make transport systematic he mentioned that detailed project report is being formulated for the same and construction works would begin from next fiscal year.
