By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 25: The Ministry of Health and Population on Thursday added 83 more COVID-19 related fatalities to its death toll.
Prior to this, the COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) under the Health Ministry had corrected the death toll in Nepal by adding 618 deaths.
Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson at the MoHP said, "A total of 83 deaths have been added to the tally on recommendation of EDCD and CCMC."
With the updated fatalities, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has spiked to 2,767.
