"I have come to inspect the work at this branch of the ministry," said Minister Poudel to the service recipients.
In response to the minister's question, the service recipients had said that here was compulsion to stay in a long queue to get the service.
Hari Prasad Niraula, Under Secretary of the branch office, said that they are working even till 12 o'clock at night.
On the occasion, Minister Poudel directed the staff to give first priority to the works of the service recipients. Niraula said they were facing the shortage of manpower, which was a reason for the delayed service.
