Pokhara, Dec 7: Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Padma Kumari Aryal has argued that employees in the Ministry should make sure that their efficiency and professionalism are felt by service-seekers right from the office entrance.
Minister Aryal said so at a seminar organized by the Department of Survey under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (MoLMCPA) here today.
The seminar was organized to review performance of the Ministry in 2018/19 fiscal year. Minister Aryal, on the occasion, instructed the staffers in her Ministry to discharge their duties showing their managerial brilliance.
Urging the staffers to work with high morale and service-oriented mentality, the Minister informed that her Ministry had formulated the National Land Policy for the first time and the preparation was afoot to formulate the Integrated Land Act accordingly.
On the occasion, Secretary at the MoLMCPA, Surya Prasad Gautam, underscored the need to ensure state-facilities and services to be rendered to the public in a hassle-free manner.
The other high-ranking officials in the MoLMCPA briefed Minister Aryal that the Ministry was incorporating technologies in their services to enable swift services rendering to the public.
