NC parliamentary party meeting
Kathmandu, Feb. 14: Nepali Congress leader and former finance minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat said that the US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is likely to be tabled in the parliament tomorrow.
Talking to media persons after the meeting of the Congress parliamentary party, he said that it is likely to be presented at the parliament tomorrow.
"Parliament will convene tomorrow, MCC will be tabled in the parliament tomorrow or day after tomorrow," he said.
Leader Mahat informed that MCC is in favour of Nepal.
"MCC is still running in many countries. The U.S. military has not reached those countries, and there has been no intervention,” he said.
"We are the only ones who are confused about development grants."
