By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, Apr. 18: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has re-appointed leader Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' to the position of Home Minister.
Surya Thapa, press advisor to the Prime Minister, informed that the re-appointed Home Minister will be taking the oath of office and secrecy from President Bidya Devi Bhandari today evening at 5:00 PM at the office of the President.
Earlier today, Home Minister Thapa's National Assembly membership was removed after disciplinary action was taken by NCP (Maoist Centre) and notice regarding the same was furnished to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
Prior to this, NCP (Maoist Centre) had punished four members of the House of Representatives after they entered CPN-UML.
