Kathmandu, Jan. 2: A Cabinet meeting held on December 30 decided to extend the term of consulting editor of the Gorkhapatra Corporation Gopal Khanal for two years.
As per a proposal tabled by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Khanal’s term was extended for two years, said Minister for Communication and Information Technology Parbat Gurung at a press conference organised at the Ministry on Friday.
His first two-year term expired on December 31, 2020.
