By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 16: The final hearing on former Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Krishna Bahadur Mahara, has ended.
The hearing was held at the Kathmandu District Court (KDC) on Sunday.
“The court could render its final judgement or could give an order today or tomorrow,” informed Ananda Kumar Shrestha, spokesperson at the court.
The final hearing was conducted in single bench of Justice Ambar Raj Poudel.
Senior Advocate Raman Kumar Shrestha, Sher Bahadur KC, Lava Mainali, Dinmani Pokharel, Dr. Bhimarjun Acharya among other lawyers had in the court represented Mahara, who has been accused of sexual harassment of an employee.
