Meeting of Council of Ministers
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 2: The meeting of the Council of Ministers has decided to appoint Laxman Humagain as the Chairman of the newly formed Advertisement Board.
The cabinet meeting held today morning at the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar took the decision to this effect.
According to Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Gaurishankar Chaudhary, the meeting has also appointed Dr. Kiran Poudel as the Chairman of President Chure Terai Madhesh Conservation Development Committee.
Likewise, a decision has been made to appoint Babu Krishna Karki, Sashi Sharma, Bhesraj Acharya, and Dr. Sushmita Dhakal as the committee members.
The government had formed the conservation development committee following excessive exploitation of resources in the Chure area.
It has been said that important decisions regarding the current issues were made in the cabinet meeting.
