Kathmandu, Feb. 20: The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting has been adjourned until February 24, shortly after the US aid project Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement was tabled in Parliament.
In the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, presented the agreement on US assistance to the Parliament for approval.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota adjourned the meeting of the House of Representatives immediately after the MCC agreement was tabled. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, February 24 at 1 pm.
