By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 23: Hearing of the writ petition filed against the dissolution of the lower house of Federal Parliament will be done today in the single bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana.
The hearing list made public by the apex court today states that the hearing of 12 writs that were registered in the court against the dissolution of the House of Representatives would be done by the Chief Justice.
