By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 27: The hearing on all the writ petitions relating to the dissolution of the House of Representatives registered at the Supreme Court is to be held in the Constitutional Bench.
A single bench of Chief Justsice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana that looked into the 19 petitions relating to the HoR dissolution in the regular bench today decided to send all the writs to the Constitutional Bench.
With this order, hearing of all 30 writs will be held on Friday, tomorrow.
