By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, Mar. 30: The government is holding talks with the representatives of the Tharuhat Tharuwan Joint Struggle Committee today afternoon.
The members of the committee informed The Rising Nepal that the meeting will be held today after 1:00 pm at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Dhaniram Chaudhari, Chairman of Tharu Kalyankari Sabha, said that the government was holding discussions with a 5-member team formed by the Committee on Tuesday morning.
The government on Monday had formed a 3-member talk team with Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' as the coordinator and Dr. Rajan Bhattarai, foreign affairs advisor to the Prime Minister and Bhagwati Chaudhary, central member of CPN-UML to hold discussions with the Tharuhat Tharuwan front.
