By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, Mar. 2: The government has formed a 2-member team with Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' as the coordinator to hold talks with the communist party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav'.
According to Rajendra Manandhar, press expert of the spokesperson of the government and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung, the team is comprised of Dr. Rajan Bhattarai, foreign affairs advisor to the Prime Minister as a member.
A few days earlier, the Biplav led NCP had informed that it was ready to hold dialogue with the government.
