By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 17: Vice Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Banmdev Gautam, who has been nominated for the member of the National Assembly (NA) will be taking the oath of office and secrecy today at 4:00 pm.
After the government recommended Gautam's name as per the decision of the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday, President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Gautam as the NA member today, informed Bheshraj Adhikari, the personal secretary of the President.
According to Rajendra Phuyal, secretary of the NA, Ganesh Raj Timalsina, NA Chair will administer the oath of office and secrecy to leader Gautam today at Singha Durbar.
