Kathmandu, Feb. 22: The joint FLF Award- 2078 organised targeting films and music videos in Limbu language, culture and Palam concluded at the Film Development Board in the capital on Sunday.
Sanjib Thebe and Bimala Khajum were presented the best new actor awards in the ceremony.
Likewise, Limbu film Thim received the Encouragement Award while Director Sagar Kerung, singers Sangam Limbu, Milan Newar, models Bishal Senehang, Rupa Angbuhang, lyricist Bishnu Ingnam, composer Sangam Limbu and cinematographer Ishak Jabegu received the awards for Limbu music video.
Likewise, singer Jiban Kedem, singer Manu Nembang, actor Bhim Thebe, actress Laxmi Yonghang, lyricist Rita Thuli Phombo, musician Tej Menyangbo, cinematographer Yub Raj Rai and director Hang Chemjong won awards for Palam.
Director Loken Sawa won the Breakthrough Award for Best Music Video of the Year.
Popular film director Deepa Shree Niraula was also honoured with the special FLF award while Yaseli Yonghang and Vinod Sereng were presented the jury award.
The award was organised by Falgunanda Lingden Films.
