CPN (Maoist Centre)'s meeting concluded
Kathmandu, Jan 22: A meeting of the ruling coalition partner CPN (Maoist Centre) has been held on Saturday morning.
A meeting of the chairpersons the former Standing Committees and commissions chaired by CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' discussed the upcoming local level elections.
According to Chief Secretary of the CPN (MC) Central Office, Shri Ram Dhakal, the issue of holding local, provincial and federal elections simultaneously has been discussed in today's meeting. The meeting was informal. In the meeting party chairman, Prachanda has expressed his views on the upcoming elections.
At the same time, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Chairman Prachanda have discussed the issue with the Election Commission, Dhakal said.
