1st Central Committee meeting of CPN (Unified Socialist)
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sep. 21: The meeting of the central committee of CPN (Unified Socialist) is being held today at Buddhanagar, Kathmandu at 2:00 in the afternoon today.
This is the first central committee meeting of the party after the Election Commission (EC) registered the party on August 25.
Birodh Khatiwada, leader of CPN (Unified Socialist), said that discussions on distribution of responsibility, expansion of party organisations, and other contemporary political issues would be held in the meeting.
"Issues such as the formation of committees in all 77 districts and transformation of parallel committees of the past to CPN (Unified Socialist) will be raised in the meeting," said Khatiwada, adding, "Similarly, in-charge of party committees will also be appointed today."
